What it is
WellnessCoach is a leading application on today’s market aimed at enabling users to achieve individual health targets.  Our guidelines are derived from the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations (NNR).

An internet-based diet, exercise, and weight control program, WellnessCoach empowers the user to take control over their lifestyle.  Our clients gain access to a Diet Diary with an associated food and recipe database, and to an Exercise Diary with personal exercise tips and programs.  Additional support is provided through our panel of experts, who answer questions and give feedback on topics such as exercise, diet and health.

How it works
The user simply completes a digital diary, recording his or her daily dietary intake and exercise.  WellnessCoach then compares this information with the user’s personal RDI and then provides recommendations based on the NNR (or the user’s own country’s RDI).
This information allows the user to adjust their intake or exercise regime so as to stay on track towards their individual targets.

WellnessCoach helps the user manage the problem from the ground up, providing the basic information needed to help the client understand the importance of proper diet and exercise as a means to a healthier life.  WellnessCoach supplies the link between the client and proper food, exercise, and their target weight.
